On February 11 at the Open Readings Cafe Scientifique event I gave a lecture marking the International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
During the lecture I:
- Presented women scientists' contributions to the exact sciences and discoveries in a puzzle format
- Shared statistics on girls who enrolled in and graduated from Vilnius University's Faculty of Physics
- Encouraged young women to pursue scientific careers without hesitation
